Save Cats: Don’t Eat “Little Tigers”

In asian culture there is a strong belief that you are what you eat. For example: if you are sick of the heart you must eat heart of a strong animal and that will heal you. In this case, like people cannot eat tiger meat they try to eat the “little tiger”, or cats if you prefer to call them. It is banned to eat both of this classes of felines. However, the demand is increasing and some restaurants offer them in their menus.

Past week, in Vietnam, a truck loaded with thousands of cats destined “for consumption” was confiscated by authorities but, right now, the dilemma is what to do with so many cats. Most of them are stacked in dozens inside bamboo crates and people around the world fears that the worst can happen to this kitties. Will you sign the petition to save them?
