Green Roofs

Since some years ago, it is a new trend on architecture to have green roofs. Now, it has been demonstrated this green roofs are not only an aesthetic question. They, in fact, reduce the consume of air conditioner because they are natural insulators. This tendency has arrived to the fashion capital: Paris. So, let’s hope soon we can see it in every city.

Maybe to some of you to live hobbit style with plants growing on your roof can seem weird but if it reduces the pollution and the consume of energy I think it is the best idea. Please, read more on this piece by National Geographic.
