One of the most terrible issues in which the writer of the news finds herself/himself constantly, it is it looks like there are never good news on the world. All are disasters, conflict, wars… It is very hard to bring to the text the positivity people needs to keep going or to keep believing the world is working on the right direction and not on the wrong.

Now, since long ago, some good news have arrived from Walk Free, the NGO whom fights against the modern slavery. After so much working together the petition they created to create the Global Fund for Education has been approved by the UN. With this, it is hoped to help 75 million children affected in 35 different nations in crisis to reduce the probabilities that they will fall on the slavery trade, forced marriage or armed forces but, above all, it is expected this 90$ million will improve their lives and education for to can provide to them a better future.

However, not everything keeps being so easy. The good news are those, right. In other hand, it keeps being millions of people affected by the sexual trade or slavery, in special women and young girls whom suffer all sort of aberrations. Over three thousand women and girls have been forced into sexual slavery by ISIS during the conflict in Iraq and Syria. But the horror doesn’t end there — men, women, boys and girls all over the world have been forced into slavery during conflict.

For this reason, it has been created this new petition, to join forces together with the UN to end this sort of war crimes and atrocities. Will you sign it?
